Penyrallt Home Farm is a secluded organic dairy and sheep farm situated a few miles from Llandysul, north Carmarthenshire.
Penyrallt Fach Holiday Cottage provides comfortable, traditional style accommodation in what was originally a 19th century piggery.
The accommodation is on one floor and comprises a fully equipped kitchen/dining/sitting-room with a very efficient wood-burning stove.
There is a large farmhouse table with seating for 4 and in the sitting-room area there are two comfy sofas in which to relax after long summer days on the beach or invigorating walks in the hills. Many books and board-games are provided, also a radio and a DVD player with a good selection of DVDs. The cottage also has Wi-Fi Internet but no tv.
There are two attractive & simply furnished bedrooms, a double & a twin.
The bathroom has a bath, wash-basin, lavatory, washing-machine & heated towel-rail.
All fuel, electricity, bedlinen & towels are included in the price.
Central heating is available from 1st October-1st May at no additional cost.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £15 each.
The cottage is perfect base from which to explore this lovely corner of Wales.
The beaches of Cardigan Bay & north Pembrokeshire are within very easy reach & the dramatic hills of mid-Wales are also easily accessible.

Penyrallt Fach is an eco-friendly holiday cottage - converted from the old piggery.
The beds, kitchen & floorboards have been made from timber harvested from the sustainably managed woodlands on the farm.
The farm is an organic dairy farm licensed by the Soil Association.

Historical Connection

The cottage, farmhouse & buildings are all Grade 2 listed.
The farmhouse dates from at least the 17th century, the earliest documentation being 1695.
The cottage & buildings date from the mid-19th century having been built as a model farm at that period.
